Why people call us

You've Already Noticed. You've Just Been Working Around It.

Nobody rings a water filtration company out of curiosity. It's usually one of these three.

The shower

It smells like a public pool

Run a hot bath and you can smell the chlorine before the water's halfway up. Your skin feels tight the second you get out. You've changed shampoo twice and it made no difference.

The kitchen

Nobody drinks the tap water

There's a jug in the fridge door, or cartons in the pantry, or you've just quietly given up and everyone drinks something else. A jug does two litres at a time and does nothing at all for your shower.

The quote

Someone sat at your table for two hours

A test kit on the bench, a laptop presentation, a number that needed a payment plan, and a discount if you signed that night. You said you'd think about it. You're still thinking about it.

What actually goes in

Two Systems. They Do Two Different Jobs.

One changes how your water feels. The other changes what you swallow. That's why you want both, and why nobody should be selling you one as if it does the other.

1 · On the mains, outside

Whole-Home Dual Filtration

A Puretec WH2-60 twin housing plumbed into your mains, so every tap, every shower head and the laundry run filtered water. Stage one takes out sediment and grit. Stage two is a carbon block, which Puretec rate for excellent chlorine reduction — that's the smell in the shower and the taste in the kettle.

  • Flow rate 60 litres / minute
  • Cartridge size 20 inch, twin
  • Warranty 10 years
  • Power required None
  • Cartridge change Once a year
2 · Under the kitchen sink

6-Stage Reverse Osmosis + Alkaline

A reverse osmosis system on its own dedicated tap at the sink, for drinking and cooking. The membrane is a genuine barrier — orders of magnitude tighter than any cartridge filter — designed to reduce a wide range of dissolved contaminants. The last stage puts minerals back in, so it tastes like water instead of tasting like nothing.

  • Stages 6, incl. remineralisation
  • Output Its own tap at the sink
  • Capacity 75 GPD
  • Best for Drinking, coffee, cooking, ice
  • Cartridge change Once a year
2 stages at the mains + 6 at the drinking tap Eight stages of filtration between the street and your glass. The mains unit handles the whole house; the reverse osmosis tap handles what you drink.

Three Steps, And One Of Them Is Us Leaving

Tell us your suburb

Name, mobile, email, suburb. Sixty seconds. You'll get a text back the same day — usually inside the hour — confirming whether we cover your street.

A ten-minute phone call

We ask where your water meter is, what your kitchen sink looks like underneath, and whether you own the place. That's it. If your place isn't suited, we say so on the phone rather than sending someone out to find a reason to charge you more.

One afternoon, and we're gone

A licensed plumber fits both systems, flushes them, shows you how to change a cartridge, and takes the packaging with him. You turn on the new tap and pour a glass.

The Glass Test · 90 days

Drink It For Three Months. If You'd Rather Go Back, We Take It Out.

Drink from your new tap for 90 days. If you'd honestly rather go back to what you had before, call us — we come and uninstall the lot and refund every dollar you paid. You keep the year of cartridges.

We can offer that because almost nobody ever goes back. It also means the only way we make money is if the water is genuinely better, which is the right way round.

The Questions We Get Every Day

Is $2,999 really the whole price?

Yes — both systems, the plumber, the fittings, GST, and the first year of cartridges. The only things that would ever change it are genuinely unusual: no accessible mains, a meter a long way from the house, or a sink cabinet that physically can't take the unit. We find that out on a ten-minute phone call, not on the day with the water already off.

What does it cost me every year after that?

One set of cartridges a year for the mains unit and the RO system. We deliver your first set free at 12 months. After that it's a few hundred dollars a year if you buy them from us, and you're welcome to buy them anywhere — they're standard parts, not locked to us.

Will it slow my water pressure down?

The mains unit is rated to 60 litres a minute, which is well above what a normal home draws even with a shower and the washing machine going. You should not be able to feel it. The RO tap is separate and runs at its own slower rate — that's normal for reverse osmosis, and it's why it has a dedicated tap rather than replacing your mixer.

Do you need to test my water first?

No — and be careful with anyone who insists on it. A test kit on your kitchen bench is a sales tool, not a laboratory. Central Coast mains water is chlorinated, treated drinking water; what we fit reduces chlorine, sediment, taste and odour through the house and gives you reverse-osmosis water at the sink. If you want real numbers on your specific supply, Central Coast Council publishes its water quality reports and we're happy to walk you through yours.

I'm renting. Can I still get it?

Not usually, and we'd rather tell you now than waste your afternoon. Both systems are plumbed in permanently, so it needs the owner's sign-off. If you manage the property or you can get the landlord on the phone, call us and we'll work it out.

Who actually turns up?

A licensed NSW plumber — his own licence, his own insurance, his own van. We don't send salespeople, and the person fitting your system isn't paid to sell you anything while he's there. He can't discount it and he can't upgrade you. He fits it, tests it, and leaves.

How soon can it be done?

We run installs on the Coast most weeks. Once you've had the phone call and picked a day, it's typically inside a fortnight — sooner if there's a gap in the run.

Last thing

You Can Keep Buying Bottled Water, Or You Can Fix The Tap.

One is a shopping list item forever. The other is one afternoon and $2,999, and then every tap in the house is filtered and there's a glass of good water three metres from wherever you're standing.

Three details is all we need to tell you whether we cover your street.
